Inspired by “Vidyabharathi” Akhila Bharatheeya Siksha Sansthan, established in 1952, the largest networking of Non-Governmental educational institutions in the world, Vivekananda Vidya Peedom, Attuva, Mavelikara started functioning in 2003. Bharatheeya Vidya Nikethan the Kerala state constituent of “VIDYA BHARATHI’ upgraded Vivekananda Vidya Peedom as a High School in the academic year 2011-12. It is also recognized by NIOS and approved by the government of Kerala.
